Aluminium pressure foundry

In the area of pressure foundry we manufacture aluminium die castings on machines with clamping force between 200 and 900 T. At our foundry we have 17 cold-chambers die casting machines of leading manufacturers.
These machines are equipped with: collecting robots, spraying robots, pouring ladles, dosing furnaces, etc. For production purposes metal is melted in three modern and fully automated shaft furnaces.

Depending on requirements, all castings produced by us are subjected to further processing:
•    trimming with hydraulic presses, which allows to remove gating system,
•    shot blasting in hanger or streamer machines, during which castings are being cleaned,
•    tumbling in vibration machine, during which sharp edges are deburred with ceramic bricks.
